Hypnotherapy is used to help people deal with issues ranging from lack of self- confidence, fears and phobias, anxiety, sports performance, weight loss and it has been found to be very beneficial to those who want to stop smoking.

Contrast Hypno-Therapy is conveniently located in West Bromwich, serving Sandwell and the surrounding West Midlands up to a 15 mile radius.

As well as Hypnotherapist I am also an Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner and this wonderful therapy is described as acupuncture without the needles.

As a therapist I am non-judgemental in my approach, friendly and understanding. Clients can be assured that they will receive the highest standard of service from me regardless of the problem and all sessions are relaxed and informal.

I obtained my qualification through the World Federation of Hypnotherapist gaining a Professional Practitioner Diploma and this has given me the knowledge and the expertise to guide you to a positive outcome to your problems.

I am a member of the World Federation of Hypnotherapist and am therefore bound by their strict code of ethics along with the Hypnotherapy Society and the Association of Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques of which I am also a member.
