Clinical hypnosis involves bringing a client into a state of deep relaxation both physically and mentally and whilst in this very relaxed state, therapeutic suggestions are given that replace negative mindsets allowing a healing and the desired change to take place. The aim of hypnotherapy is to give you the tools to improve your life and achieve your goals.
Contrast Hypno-Therapy is based in West Bromwich and operates throughout Sandwell and the West Midlands up to a radius of 15 miles.
As well as Hypnotherapist I am also an Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner and this wonderful therapy is described as acupuncture without the needles. It involves gently tapping on certain meridian points around the body and it has the effect of clearing blocked energy within the body which may be causing negative emotions. It is an ideal therapy to use with children and teenagers and it has been found to be very quick and effective in dealing with emotional issues.
As a therapist I am non-judgemental in my approach, friendly and understanding. Clients can be assured that they will receive the highest standard of service from myself regardless of the problem, and all sessions will be relaxed and informal.
